Will not recommend

I recently purchased a dress from this seller advertised as an 'abaya size,' which turned out to be a massive and poorly defined fit. The seller's online video showed the dress on a filtered, perfectly fitted model, which was incredibly misleading. When I received the dress, it was far too large and didn't resemble the advertised fit at all. Upon contacting the seller, I was told the excessive size was due to it being 'abaya size,' a vague term that clearly doesn't translate to accurate sizing. Furthermore, the dress was unbearably itchy, and the seller suggested I take it to a tailor to have it fitted and 'smoothed out' due to the organza. Why should I be expected to pay for alterations on a brand-new item? After expressing my dissatisfaction, the seller agreed to a refund, but only after I sent a detailed message explaining the issues. However, the refund was incomplete, as I was charged for courier fees twice. This entire experience was a waste of time and money. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller due to the misleading advertising, poor quality, and inadequate customer service.
