Bad service and theft

In April 2017, I paid Abarenne R198 to install a window for me, two years later I am still waiting for the window to be fixed. Elias the owner always has sad stories and empty promises as when he is coming. Two years later I am still waiting. Elias I am taking this up with the ombudsman. Elias story is that I paid the money to his co-partner who ran away with alot of people's money, but the company is still in operation. t I paid it to the company and not an individual, cause Elias was one out of the 10 people who came to measure the window every other day. I am seriously laying charges of theft as well as taking it up with the ombudsman. R198 is a small amount, but integrity is important, I am going to take it up with the ombudsman as well as lay charges of theft against your company Elias
