Abantu Liquor License they deal with helping people apply for liquor and restaurants licenses, lots of people lost their jobs due to covid19 pandemic and some of us who got that little something from our employer's decided that atleast we can start a business with those packages mainly because age is not our side. So I was one of the people who had app**** for the license to them, they promised that it will definitely take 3 to 4 months now we are approaching end of July theres no movement... I app**** last year but lodgement was done 8th of January 2021 I made sure that I pay my amount in full so that they will be no delays I start my business as soon as possible, it's tough to be a family man everyone is looking at you to provide and kids they don't understand when daddy can't provide. The worst thing is when I was in a process of applying they were able to call and send me WhatsApp but after all that was done, I was the one who had to do all that they never bothered even to give updates until I send them hush messages, they making their problems ours because when you asking for answers they will tell you that they've done their job they're waiting for the Liquor board to get back to them which by the way I dont believe they paying attention to this situation, they are looking after their best interests once they get the money you're out of the picture. They claim they've been in this business for quite some time I'm sure they made good relationship with the board I dont think it should be difficult for them to get valid reasons why our applications not been approved at this point, something doesn't add up.
