I contacted Abacas to repair my pool pump. They picked up my pool and said the capacitor needed replacing. They quoted me R2,800 to replace a R200 part. When the quote was rejected, they returned a different pump (exact same make and model) which was irreparably broken. When challenged they continually argued it was the same pump, until I used pictures to prove it was not. To date they have not returned my pump and I've had to involve the police to try find a solution.
