Do NOT use Abacus Ssolutions

<p>I called them in to have a look at my gate motor. I wasn't there when they arrived, I asked them to call me from site. They did not. Instead they removed the pc board from my motor and took it with them without my permission. Then they called and said it was burned and they would fix it for R 1850 (a new one costs 850). The board was not burned, I inspected it thoroughly before they took it. I asked for it back and they said I needed to pay R 599 to get it back. Call out fee and labour - the only labour they did was to remove the board. They are holding me to ransom. This is a fly by night operation that uses many different names using different websites including: Hout Bay Electrician, Hout Bay Electrical Services, Sea Point Electrician, Abacus Solutions amongst others. They have various pins on Google Maps for addresses which are not theirs. This is a fly-by-night operation run by one person. Do not use them they are disonest and will take you for a ride.</p>
