Spend legal fees - get the job done R290k deposit

Report last week refers. No further contact by Abacus / mgt. Aggresive Abacus legal representative (refer others previous reports - seems to be the way of doing business) contacted me and basically instructed me to meet him and his client (Harold Horn (when he was up from CT on Monday night)) to evaluate and sign plans so they could finish job and I could pay the rest of the monies owed. I indicated that I did not think they were capable (given my 100 e mails and telephone calls, ignored for mths and 18mths to get to where we are), I suggested that he rather met his client on site, evaluate delivery to date ( /- 18mths) and refunded the deposit less the amount delivered to date. This was apparently not acceptable. I wrote to Abacus mgt with same request - not received any further feedback. Will be contacting the landscapers association and continuing to report on progress of situation. Should anyone wish to visit our garden please e mail me on [Email Removed] and we can arrange a site visit. i also have photographs of the garden as it stands after 18 mths and R290k later. This is a HUGE amount of money for any private person to outlay for a deposit on what ws to be our dream
