Poor service and breach of contract

Abacus gardens deliver poor service and is not on time. Payment has been made in advance and they could not deliver! The office staff are not competent either in managing their garden staff. The garden staff are late or they do not show up. The work is not up to standard either. Stay away from Abacaus Gardens!!
