HUGE PROBLEM / HUGE LOSS - only sell - dont delive

Update from previous posts. After paying a huge deposit (R290k) for a new domestic garden (first huge mistake), I have tried unsuccessfully to get a reasonable plan and some action/output from ABACUS for 18mths! Having had to move into our house with NO GARDEN (just badly planted grass and a few dead plants-unplanted) we have had to engage another landscaper who has in the two weeks we have worked with them, delivered more than Abacus did in 18 mths. Ababus mgt would arrive on site, promise to get someone to see me/do something and then disappear with no delivery. We would exchange emails, meet and this would repeat. In the 18mths they built a firpit which is still so badly plastered we will need to redo and they did part irrigation which will need to be redone as so badly done. After my first post on Hello Peter they stopped engaging me and got their lawyers to \engage"I requested that they make good on the money that they had of mine and assisted in doing part of the garden per plan now agreed"
