company keep telling you different stories

Good day I would like to complain about an experience that I have had from abacus , I have been applying for a home loan with them , and I have been messed around with for two long , every time I phone they have a different story for me I am now sick of waiting and hearing the stories , could you please assist need <br> <br> Thanks Mariam
