Account protection plan/credit life

was employed by Edcon since 1995 and got retrenched on the 15. March 2015. I took out a housing loan with Absa through Abacus against my pension providend fund that is administered by Sacawu National Union of workers. When I signed the preagreement loan application forms I also signed an account protection plan form which covers retrenchment,disability and death and it stated that the amount of the policy will be included on the installment. When I got retrenched I contacted Abacus that I am retrenched and I remember signing the account protection plan form. I spoke to Phuthi who told me to contact Mahomed at Absa because I got the loan from Absa not from Abacus . I called Mahomed at Absa who then told me according to their system I do not have account protection plan so if I say I signed the form for it I need to query it with Abacus. I called Abacus in April and I spoke to Phuthi who told me it will be sorted out when I get the providend fund payout from Oldmutual. I got the payout in June from Oldmutual but to my surprise Absa has deducted the housing loan balance that was surposed to be covered by account protection plan policy as Phuthi from! Abacus said in May when I spoke to
