Repair paid for however incomplete

On the 24th January 2015, we found a mobile number for Prince in the Sandton Chronicle. We needed someone to urgently assist us with our Dishwasher and Microwave that weren't working. Prince came out the very same evening to collect and we were very impressed. The following Tuesday, both dishwasher and microwave were delivered back to the house. We were not there however my **** was. She gave them the R1000 rand cash they requested. Only when I returned Tuesday evening did I pick up that the microwave was not working. We have been trying to get them to come back since the 27th January 2015, to collect the microwave and fix it, this has been to no avail. Promises have been made on 3 different occasions to collect, to no avail. I tried again this morning, Prince is apparently away and so Lloyd will see whether he can collect it. I was asked to send my address. Lets see whether they actually arrive this time.
