Bad Abacon Service

After keeping our Defy hob for over a week, saying they were waiting for a part, they returned it just before xmas day, we paid and lo and behold it still does not work. Thereafter, they said they were coming back, we made arrangements for them to come in the new year, after phone calls and messages saying they were coming, they have NOT! Now they are not answering my calls.
