TOO LONG FOR REPORT

ABACAS was employed by us to repair our roof in Llandudno.<br> It was an urgent repair and payment was required before hand, to which we gladly and speedily made the deposit.<br> <br> In order for us to claim the repair back from our insurance, we require a report from ABACAS as well as an amended invoice as they one sent to us had the wrong date.<br> <br> This repair was done on 23 December 2015, we requested the invoice and a repair report on 16th January 2015, with constant follow ups and STILL have not yet received the above. Vincent is even avoiding my calls. I know this because everyday I call with the landline he doesn't answer but when I call with a cell number he picks up immediately.<br> <br> Very unprofessional, I mean how hard is it to do a report with just a sentence stating that you confirm doing the repair?!<br> <br>
