Relentless problem solvers

I recently had a rug cleaned by ABA and was not happy with the result. I contacted Ray who arranged to have the rug cleaned again. Unfortunately i was still not happy but Ray asked that they be given one more chance to see if they can get it right by consulting others within the cleaning industry and getting the operations manager personally involved. Vusi, the ops manager just dropped the rug off and i am over the moon with the results. I'm very happy to say that this is a company that will do whatever it takes to ensure that their clients are satisfied, even on such a small job as a rug, when they are responsible for the entire Parliament building! On top of this their services are very well priced. 10 thumbs up to ABA cleaning, Ray and Vusi.
