Bye appliances at well known wholesalers

I was disappointed with this wholesaler on the 6th of May 2022.I bought a fridge from this WHOLESALERS and was sad that when I got home and untied it it had a dent on the side and could not open properly and inside the temperature button had been broken as well.I called the sales representative the very next morning 7th May the sales representative Malindi which we dealt with said I should have hired their car because since we chose to use our own transport it could be that my friend dropped the fridge and did not tell us. Which is inaccurate since I personally supervised when the fridge was dropped of at my place.Now I have a feeling that a whole R3500 will go down the drain and I am still stuck fridge less deep in the rurals of KwaMaphumulo.
