Dept counseler made me loose my car

I hereby want to lay a complain. I joint AB Solution Debt Counseling on 01 June 2014 our Debt Counselor is Annemien Bergh. When I joint them she dropped papers for me to sign and take to the police to get it signed. I did so and she picked it up from me. Later she send me an sms with bank details where I should pay the money in and I did so. Never heard a word again up and until the 2 June 2015. I had a phone call from Koen ( a collector for MFC)? saying that the bank send him to collect the car whereby I was in shock, I immediately phoned Annemien ( our Debt Counselor) and her answer to me was that she will sort out everything I should just give her time and I did so. In the mean while I paid again as I should. Yesterday ( 18 June 2015) the sheriff department send another guy called Nicolas to collect the car. My fianc? was home and she phone me saying they are towing our car away. She then phoned De Beers Attorneys and spoke to Nicolette a Lawyer there whereby she said that our Debt Counselor never put us on Debt Review with the bank that's why they are taking the car. My fianc? and myself tried to get hold of Annemien from around the 5th of June and failed to do so until this
