Causing Accidnets and getting away with it

On 26 October i entered into our local shopping mall parking area when a white, AB SAMBANE CC branded Ford Ranger Double cab was exiting, failed to stop at the stop street. I had right of way and was already busy turning into the are. His vehicle hit mine which spun me around and He raced off, almost causing more accidents by skipping the intersection red robot. <br> <br> When i managed to find them, He refused to contact the owners of the company. HE also said He didn't have a licence. I went to the police station and filed a case of which he was given 2 ******** records &amp; a Fine. The Police Cpt. also instructed their company to repair my vehicle in full. <br> <br> It is now February 2016, and their insurance want to pay out a minor fraction of my damages because i could have avoided the accident by swerving or hooting. let me put a few things straight here. <br> <br> 1. He should not be driving a company vehicle without a licence. <br> 2. He should have stopped and waited till i cleared<br> 3. If I had to swerve, i would have gone down an embankment. <br> 4. He drove off, not waiting or reporting the case. <br> 5. The facts in their Insurance claim report are false and dont match up.
