Would Never Recommend

I would not recommend or ever use this company again. While on transport and/or in storage, our stuff was ******, damaged and not all items were delivered to our house. It took them 3 days to notify us (after we constantly begged for feedback), that they were not willing to take responsibility for our ****** appliances which we had to do without for that time period, they even joked about the whole situation when we did call to express how much added stress this added to our move. They blamed the break in for the damage to items and quite frankly did not care at all the stress and financial loss they caused. The customer service we experienced is horrific, not to mention we did not even get a basic courtesy call from Maria, the owner of the company. We are beyond disgusted by this company.
