WHY do people ALWAYS only share the negative?

We recently moved from Brakpan in the East Rand to Parklands in Cape Town and was advised to use a company called A&B Movers. I contacted quite a couple of "Moving" companies. Quotes was done over the phone with guess'ta'mates and ridiculous prices where you could obviously see that the companies was out to make a quick buck! I contacted Nicole from A&B Movers. She came out, did the quote, and we accepted. Everything was done as planned and they really made a difference in a VERY MOVING experience! Thank you, Nicole and A&B Movers for this one.
