They are not professional and when there are damages they say your furniture will get damaged in back of truck then they say will refund a some fund to say sorry but nothing happens.even the loaders break boxes then just load the stuff as extras.

Yes your furniture is very old and fragile.Your goods were handled 5 times from your house into the truck,into store,out of storage in JHB ,offload storage in Ct,then reload and deliver to your new address,so the furniture took its toll.No insurance was taken with us.I did tell you we would repair damaged goods but nothing was sent back with our staff.You have been looking for a fight for a long time.My apologies if our service did not meet your expectations.Wishing you all the best in your new home.

Mr Cook really? You guys do not take care of people's furniture
Even if our furniture is old it was in a good state till your guys took it
My leather couches are 4 months old prior to your guys loading it now it got tears
The overcharge off boxes
Saying there are more boxes than there ever was
Your guys and my people counted together
What about my step ladder that went missing
Ask your guys by the storage they know about it
I still stand by my words
You guys don't care about the clients goods it's all about the money for you guys
You guys do not take care of people's furniture
