TV ******! Avoid using this company!

I initially wrote a glowing review regarding our move but had to take it down after other issues came to light. I was initially so impressed with this company- Chan Marie was so helpful and the price was very competitive. Out stuff was moved from JHB to CT and kept in storage for 6 months until we finally moved. Willem helped off load and we thought everything went smoothly. However, when I unpacked my TV a few days later I found that my Samsung Smart TV had been replaced with a broken 32 inch Diamond TV. I immediately emailed the company with pictures, proof of purchase of my original TV and pictures of the matching box. The owner of the company contacted me only after I had sent multiple emails. She became very hostile towards me and said that it was impossible that this had happened, and accused us of swopping out the TV?! I had moved furniture 9 times in my life and have never had this happ. Obviously this is an inside job with a sophisticated operation of *******. I would definitely avoid this company!
