Terrible Customer Service by A&B Movers

Do not use A & B Movers!!

After contracting with them to pack, store and move us, we had a study desk that arrived completely destroyed (if I could load a picture I would), a bunk-bed ladder that has gone missing with all the nuts and bolts strapped to same (leaving our kids to sleep on the floor over Christmas and a massive inconvenience in trying to buy the correct replacement parts to rebuild same) and numerous other scratched, dented and dinged items.

We understand that there may be some minor damage to some items during a move but this has truly been the worst experience we have ever had with a move.

They have had every opportunity to make things right since the day of our move. However, instead of trying to contact us to apologise or "make a plan" for a client, after a month and a half of constant follow-up with their branch manager (because the MD who sold us their "wonderful service" immediately blocked our calls), we are yet to receive a call or a response to a single email on the matter.
