Pleasant experience

Having lived in our house for a month or two short of 45 years! We had never had the experience of moving. But we had heard from so many people how difficult it would be and how careful we needed to be in finding the right company to do the removal and delivery of our belongings for us. Because of our inexperience, we found ourselves in a situation where we had to vacate our house within the next two days. Although we had spoken to a removal company, they were unable to assist us at such short notice. Luckily, our estate agent recommended your company, and you were able to fit in with our time needs. I must say that when I say "Luckily" I mean it in every way! In both the collecting and packing of the goods, as well as the delivery of our belongings the staff were fantastic! They knew what they were doing, got stuck in and worked well!! They needed very little advice from us, ensuring that our belongings were safely packed. In total we had 2 glasses that broke in transit - and I know from the bubble wrap and tape that was used that these 2 glasses were packed by me - not your staff. I was amazed when we were in our apartment and putting things in their places, how careful your staff had been. An example is a little, quite insignificant, ornament of a lucky money frog. They had taped the little "money" piece with the frog so that it did not get lost. They gave all our items the same care! The guys who brought our belongings to our new home were just as competent and many of the other residents of the complex where we now live also commented on the speed at which they brought all our belongings up (we are not on ground level), as well as how quietly they worked. We also found them to be extremely organised in ensuring that we received all our items.

I can only give positive feedback because the whole experience, (of which many people had told horror stories of their experiences) was, for us, an exceptionally positive experience.
