Outstanding service in difficult times

One item from a household move from KZN to 5he Cape was accidentally left behind. This was entirely my fault but nevertheless A&B went to a great deal of trouble, in the midst of the Covid Lockdown, to pick it up and deliver. Really outstanding service.
