Not recommended
Do not use this company unless you are willing to have thousands of rands in damages. They ruined beds, mattresses, chairs and an heirloom piece piano. All because they never sent the second truck they promised to, but instead forced our belongings into a truck that was too small. They couldn't even close the door of the truck without struggling for at least 15 minutes. They promise to take all the care to protect your belongings, but they don't give a hoot. Insurance unfortunately doesn't cover damage due to negligence of the staff working for the company.

13 Feb 2023, 13:47Once again, no feedback. They sent a consultant to assess the damage and he confirmed that our piano must have been dropped to cause damage like that. He also confirmed that they didn't handle our belongings with the proper care and didn't pack properly, therefore causing all the damage. Two weeks ago I followed up with Chan-Marie, who said she would conclude everything by the end of that week. Still no feedback.
