Bad customer service and ****** goods

I enquired on a moving company comparison site over a month ago, I thought with the reviews A&B movers would be the best choice to move my goods from johannesburg to CPT, i booked it but I was so wrong. I was a diligent paying customer even the extra petrol fee charged. I did not receive a schedule of the times my goods will be picked up and neither when it will be taken to CPT, all I was asked for on two occasions was the money.

The movers came late afternoon on the planned date 22 March 2019 after I called asking for times, I did not receive any times before hand and had to call, I sat the whole day waiting. Not knowing the details I booked a flight to CPT assist with unpacking on the 23 to the 26 March 2019, only to be told (after calling again) that the truck will leave on Monday night and arrive Wednesday the 27 March 2019. I called the driver every step of the way to find out where the truck is, when my goods will be delivered I was given a time and day but still no contact from cpt office or joburg on exact times. In CPT a other customer caused issues Wednesday instead of being my goods they remained in that area leaving my stuff in a warehouse. Again, I called both offices all the time stressed, not only did I spend money on 3 workers to receive goods thrust day in my in my absence but my plane ticket and calls I had to make all cost money. No one, no one, no one would call and say where, how and what happened to my goods. I had to call in a flat panic. My goods was not delivered Wednesday. It came Thursday but still no one has called me Thursday when my goods finally arrived to ask if everything was ok considering what they put me through, I was and still am livid and no one cares. I am letting every social media platform and moving comparison site know about this unprofessionalism. Staff blaming each other and no plans were made, I felt like I was a last thought and not a paying customer.

To top it all off, one particular box that I personally packed had its camera, PlayStation, controllers, sing star, mics, moves and over 10 games with wire removed. The box had opening on the side and was opened and retapped....I do not know where it was ****** but I hold your company responsible, especially because it stayed over night on CPT when it was not supposed to. I want a reimbur*****t for all my money spent and ****** goods... very disappointed
