Avoid this company!

Avoid this company like the plague. The owner, Maria, is as dishonest as the day is long. 1.) She professes to be a member of PMA (Professional Movers' Association) and displays the logo on her quote and trucks. Yet she has not been a member since 2017 and was instructed in 2019 by the PMA to refrain from using their logo, yet she continues to do so. 2.) She **** in writing about her storage premises having an alarm system, which meant that my goods would not have been covered by my insurance in the event of a theft. When I inspected the premises, she still maintained that she had an alarm system, but didn't know where it was. 3.) Her storage location is a complete dump and my goods were 'secured' behind a makeshift cage made out of welded mesh wire, plastic bags, and cardboard boxes. 4.) A portion of my goods were stored in an undisclosed location, which meant that they were also not covered under my insurance policy.
