6 days later??!!!

I accepted, signed and paid for a quote for pick up on 14 December and delivery on 15 December. I accepted the more expensive quote because of delivery date which I really needed. During collection I received an e-mail to my 2nd request for delivery time, that delivery would now only be possible on 19th but that I would have to pay a surcharge or wait until 21st. Shocking and disgusting service.
