Poor service delivery.

I went to get a spare key made for my Renault Clio. Paying a lot of money for this . My working key was deprogrammed and is no longer usable. And a new key was programmed . Leaving me with the same problem. I still have one working key. Then to top it off the gentleman wants to charge me another R800 ontop if my 1400 to buy a new key to be reprogrammed. The service I paid for was not given to me. My previously working key was made unable and now they want me to pay for yet another key because of a mistake made by the Locksmith. So technically what I wanted was not done. I was assured I would have two working keys when I left. This did not happen. If I wanted to pay an arm and a leg I would have gone to Renault itself. I turned down another reliable Locksmith for AB Locksmith and they made a mess of everything. Where do they expect me to get R800 . For a mistake they made I must now pay more money. This is ridiculous and outrageous
