Parquet flooring- Atrocious job and service

I contacted a company who call themselves INDIFLOORING to sand and repair parquet floors. This company was previously known as Ab Con flooring run by Phillip Verster. They have done the most atrocious job, and now refuse to return to fix and finish their mess because I refuse to pay them the last instalment before they correct their mess.
