DAMAGED SUITS - wont take responsibility

We are highly frustrated by the level of service from AB Cleaners at honey Junction.<br> 4xnew tailored suits were dropped off to be dry cleaned(to remove the tailors chalk) on Friday.I advised the staff these are New suits to please make a note to take extra care!When I collected on the Tuesday afternoon once I got home and took them out of the bags, I could then see the suits had been damaged. The suits were shiny and could clearly see where they had been pressed/ironed as the inner pocket lining had made lines on the outside of the suits.I contacted the owner Leigh-Anne,she advised she is only a depot for Savoy.She advised to bring the suits back and they would send them back to Savoy to look at and try and fix them.They came back and there was no difference.Her staff said to her they still look exactly the same!<br> She sad she will ensure that Savoy takes responsibility as its their doing.Nothing got done as Savoy said they have been doing this for over 70 years and this has never happened.<br> My husband then contacted Leigh-Anne to find out what is happening.She said its not her fault and we will have to see what happens?SHOCKING!R10 000 worth of suits and no responsibility being taken!
