Avanti spas /Ruby 12 pools

Erst the owner or manager ,no one knows, is a ***** ,treats his workers with the utmost disrespect. Worst company I have ever dealt with ever!please dont pay them a deposit,stupid me paid everything in full now I have no working jacuzzi.Once a month he drops off one guy at 2pm to connect one pipe and they leave ,to disappear for another 2 weeks.Their excuse,they busy with another project somewhere else,we just have to wait.You will not get your spa or parts ,waiting over 3 months now,excuse after excuse,from death to sickness to broken legs but the spa is just not completed.Poor quality service,bath still not works!pipes unsightly unfinished and gaping holes in your walls.3 months later still no jacuzzi.Pathethetc Erst,hope you get your day soon.I am not surprised to see so many bad comments about your company.Hope your company shuts down for good.I cant believe that you fitted the Spas at Goudini!I am sure its unfinished as well.I must now resort to getting another company to finish of his **** work.
