Brilliant service

<p>I needed a replacement remote control for a discontinued NAD amplifier. An internet search revealed a few alternatives for around $30 - $40 but none that shipped to South Africa. There was a single local supplier in Cape Town, at a cost of more than R2 000. I contacted Audio Excellence - they found one for me and arranged for it to be delivered directly to my house by the importers without Audio Excellence getting a percentage. Total cost including delivery R510, time taken 3 days. Excellent!</p>
