Worst place ever

<p>From the begining of our arival we found the staff very rude and impolite at reception, the atractions was out of order during our stay including the supertube and jaquzi's. The heated pool indoors was not heated at all, the cold pool outdoors was warmer than the heated pool, the water was dirty. Warm water from the geasers was a major issue, no warm water for a week was terrible to force your kids to take a cold shower, the restaurant is a waste, we orderd breakfast one morning while sitting there and received our food 2 hours later, cold as usual, the kitchen hygiene is poor even if you see the chef picking his nose while working with the food, and don't try to complain to management as they are even worse than their staff, I would not reccomend this place to any one, its a holiday from hell!</p>
