Very bad experience

The worst experience we ever had at any holiday resort - September 2015. The accommodation in the Kudu Cabin was extremely pathetic with only the absolute essentials and very old battered furniture, mismatched cutlery, dirty pots & pan with no handle, rusty fridge and no microwave oven and that for R850.00pn. Perhaps one could have over looked this but the fact that we had minimal and most of the time no water at all for the whole weekend is absolutely unacceptable. If there was water it was for a very short period and no hot water. We could not flush the toilet in our cabin, the same app**** to the ablution blocks and pool area toilets, dirty and full to the top because the people did not have a choice but to use it, bad smell and very un-hygienic circumstances. No dishes could be washed and after the first night we had to use paper plates - no knives and forks because there is no water to wash the dishes. Complaints did not help and every time they had a different excuse but the water problem was not resolved for the whole weekend and they stated very clearly \NO Refunds."Definitely not a one-off problem"
