Under water unit

We went to the holiday resort just to find our unit under water bedding wet and durty mattress, you could smell the bedding is not clean, after we reported it several times to the workers they only assisted us on the day of check out they said a pipe burst but you can see the rust on the door post from over the years the service we received was terrible the unit we used was the vulture Unit.
