Shocking management at Aasvoelkrans Resort

Absolutely appalling management! We booked on line, paid the 50% deposit, got there paid the 50% due and then was shown a shoebox of a room totally inappropriate to house my parents,teenage son and myself in one room not bigger than 2 x 2. Immediately I asked if there was alternative accomodation, to which I was told that they were fully booked for the weekend and then I asked for a refund, to which I was told there is a NO refund policy! I am lodging a case with the Ombuds Man.
