Pathetic.

What a horrible experience. All the way from the useless staff making the booking (taking over 2 weeks to respond to any messages or emails) , then giving our paid camping sites away to other people, and moving us to the worst stands - not even next to each other as requested, to noisy, drunk campers playing deafening music throughout the night until 2am in the morning - with management not assisting in keeping them quiet at all. There are absolutely NO facilities to clean, wash or dress a baby/young child. The temperature of shower water cannot be controlled as there is simply a single tap and no way to add cold or hot water (water was way too hot for my baby). We shared our bathrooms with day visitors - so day visitors entering the bathrooms when you're brushing your teeth is extremely uncomfortable.

We are regular campers and have never ever experienced such a horrible time at any camping grounds. If I could give a 0/5 I would.
