NEVER EVER HAD SUCH BAD SERVICE!!!

We booked 2 chalets each chalet had two adults and 4 kids,on arrival both chalets was dirty, from floors to counter tops to dead insects in basin and bath,we all went to the swimming pool,after loading everything out of the car,when we got back around 18:00 we had no water, no flushing toilets, and the other chalet's fridge did not work, we spent most of Saturday waiting for the people to come and fix the water issue, we could not even go to the swimming pool with the kids, the toilets could not flush 6 people in a chalet,flippen disgusting,every time when someone comes there are another excuse we were going to reception, to the venue were the wedding was and all with no luck,by Sunday we had water that had the odor of a septic tank, the geysers was not working,I WILL NOT USE THAT WATER!! We paid R4000,00 for the 12 of us, this is unacceptable,how do you not have water the whole weekend, the day when you check out,then there is water. When Carel played in the pool with the kids, security wanted to remove him because they played with a ball, but all the people played in the pool... This was the worst ever weekend we had with our kids!!!
