My worst holiday experience ever!!!!

My worst holiday experience ever!!!! Please do yourself a favour and do not go to this holiday resort, the staff makes promises that they do not keep, they change bookings as they like and lie about the quality of their stands, the pools and ablution blocks are old and dirty and not maintained at all. I have paid the balance of my account with a card on one of their speedpoint machines that went through my bank account, but they claim that they have not received it, which is impossible. The so called owner phoned me today with a really bad attitude and after I told him that I would give a bad review on social media he said that he would sue me for all I have and also that he hoped that I would be retrenched this coming year!!! Please do not fall into the same trap that I did, and rather stay away from Aasvoelkrans Holiday Resort.
