IT'S A SHAME!!!!!

What a stunning place and has HUGE potential if run properly!!!!!

Firstly camp spaces are small so don't try squeeze in 2 tents on 1 camp site rather book 2 campsites, the jacuzzi's were not oppertaional at all! The little shop on the property advertises OLA ice creams but yet don't have 1 ice cream in their freezers! The bathrooms need to be cleaned atleast 3 times a day. They are only cleaned once a day! (Make sure to take your own toilet paper) showers could use a shower curtain as when you step out to dry/get dressed you can't as the floor gets saturated while you shower. The jungle gym by the entrance of the property is off limits due to them planting grass which will be runined by the kids regardless and it is a shaded area. Free tip: (Look into getting **** grass rather) they put hth in the pool while we swam, it stank and burned our eyes aswell as our skin.

Not to mention a group of people partying and shouting and laughing till 4am in the morning! No security guards reprimanded them, they were free to make an absolute noise of note! So if you want peace an tranquility forget about camping here! The manager at the bar/resturant is USELESS! He just walks around doing absolutely nothing! We waited very long for our food no apology once we complained nothing!

The owner of the place had his child's birthday at the restaurant the Friday evening and they left the childs toys/presents in the restaurant where my 1 year old decided yay toys to play with! (As any 1 year old would) we were told for my child not to play with the toys which made him very upset and cried and I told the manager well the owner should have removed the toys then there wouldn't be any problems regarding children playing with the toys left there. Not sure what they expected when kids saw toys lying around. They eventually covered them with black table cloths but were still there on the Sunday when we parted ways.

A dirty nappy was at the warm pool for 2+ days on the side of the pool so just shows no cleaning is being done aswell as beer cans, cigarette buds. The sign clearly says no smoking, drinking of any kinds by the pool area. (Jack up your security guards)

The lion show was good but couldn't hear the guide maybe invest in a mic for him. (Another free tip) use it don't use it.

Like I said a great place but not run correctly!!!

So much potential but will never live up to it's potential if the wrong staff continue being used!

Unfortunately will not be going back and will not recommend it to anyone I know! (Unless new ownership or mew management is put in place)
