bad service

I am very unhappy, we have planned a 5 day stay with the resort for a rugby tour. when I explained I cannot visit the resort due to personal situation, they refused to cancel my booking or refund me, they asked me to find altenative people to come and stay, which I did, due to fact that I could split the accommodation of my booking, I then asked for them to refund the balance, which they also denied. the school has now changed their plans, and where myself and a whole lot of other parents were supposed to be checking in on the Friday, we only really have to check in the Saturday or Monday for the tour, they wont even refund the 1 day. so now parents have to book in on Friday in Rustenburg, take their children back to east rand for the rugby match and after the flight drive back to Rustenburg to enjoy the weekend as the tournament only starts on MOnday. how can the resort not accommodate us, we cannot afford to throw away money and drive up and down.
