aasvoelkrans are ***** and *******

We made a booking at Aasvoelkrans Holiday Resort in July. we couldn't make it and they told us we have until end of September to make use of the money we have paid as there is no refund policy. Fine, we decided to do that and now we have contacted them to make arrangements and firstly they can't pick up our details, then they don't call us back and when i spoke to Heleen she keeps on asking me for doctor's letter . pathetic. i told them they **** firstly about how many people can be accommodation in curtain rooms then don't want to give us money back and then to top it all up don't call back and cant make anther booking for us. told them to keep the money and choke on it. never want to hear from them again. useless
