Aashiqah Arendse selling broken goods

Hi,so i purchased this power bank from Miss Arendse,the day before purchasing it i went to view it and she showed me that it works and i told her that i would come the next day to collect it.The next day i arrived to collect the device which in fact was a different device as the one displayed to me the night before.when i got home to test the device,the device never powered up,i then contacted her and advised that the device does not work, she then said that i must press the power button once and try again which i did but still nothing. Today she sent me a horrible messege,being utterly rude,approaching me in a very disrespectful manner.She was so full of herself and believed that her father tested all the powerbanks that it worked but i recorded a video as evidence that it doesn't work and told her i would sent her the video,she then refused to talk to me and blocked me on Whatsapp.
