No communication and delayed services

Good Day<br> <br> I would like to know when you will be coming to install my garage door motor. I have duely paid in full in order to get the motor installed before New Years, but on the day of the of the proposed installation I was called and told you had the wrong motor. <br> <br> You advised me that you get the correct motor and install on Friday the 1st or today the 2nd. I have called and sent sms messages to find out when you will be coming but I have heard nothing. <br> <br> I have been hugely inconvenienced now and am very unimpressed with your service. <br> <br> If I do not hear from you by latest Monday the 3rd Jan 2016, I will demand a full refund of the money I have paid and seek services else where.<br> <br> I look forward to your speedy response.
