Terrible service

I cannot even begin to describe the level of bad service which I recieved from this company. They collected my tv for repairs. I was assured that it required minor repairs and it would be returned to me within 24 hours. I got an invoice made payment and thereafter heard nothing from the gentle who had collected my tv. I must have called about 20 times each time I called I was assured that they were on thier way to deliver the repaired tv to me and would deliver before close of business. I was later told that they used the wrong parts while repairing my tv and they now had to replace the screen and I was now going to have to pay more money for repairs. I asked them to restore my tv back to its origanal state and refund the money i had paid. . Almost three weeks later I still don't have my tv nor have I been refunded. I am not thinking of going the legal route. If you were thinking of using this company I would strongly advise you not to
