Shocking service

We called in the morning to book a table but when we got here, there was no note of this. We were seated outside when we wants to sit inside. Food was raw, sent back to kitchen and when it came back it was still raw. Manager argued about paying for it. Shocking service and rude staff. Expect a certain standard from a restaurant with these prices. Elvis and Mary were the staff members we dealt with.
