worst service

I have received traffic infringement on December 2020 and during that time I was in hospital due to back surgery

I immediately app**** to nominate a driver as I was not driving and I got a response from AARTO indicating that the ticket has been transferred to driver but to my surprise when I go online it still shows that application is still pending and was also stopped last week and was told I still have tickets
