Very Helpful service - coming from a Government sector

<p>When it comes to Goverment organizations, it normally seems a bother before even contacting them because of the general stigma around the poor attitudes. However, this was the first time I had called the call centre and all 3 ladies I spoke to were excellent with their help and efficient service. It makes it such a pleasure to deal with them. Thank you for your patience and efforts - it does not go unnoticed. Can even make a person WANT to pay their fines :)</p>
