SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR AARTO/ Middelburg licence Department

No service, phone just rings, about to loose my drivers licence, from AARTO, Middelburg Licence department.....dont expect anything out of the ordinary from them, i have noticed they also do not reply on reviews sent on Hellopeter....so how do you get attention??? Pathetic what should a person do??? Management, where are they??? A lady at the eye testing station at the licence department not even wearing a face mask....shocking?
